Orders are in. We are for sure deploying in June. We haven't been told some of the smaller details yet, but we do know that we are going. And I do get leave in April so there is a large possibility that I will be comming home.... again. I want to come home yet I do not want to come home. I just have to say goodbye one more time. Hopefully not for the last time. And I know thats how a lot of my family sees it. A possibility of it being the last time.

Well as you can see its pretty much been forever since I have posted on ths site, but I plan to start again. Well lets see its been a few months now and much has changed. I am no longer stuck in training at Fort Sam Houston, TX. I graduated January 27, 2006 as a 91W (Combat Medic) in the U.S. Army. I got to come after that for Hometown Recruiting. Tacted on a extra week to hangout with my family and friends some more than I flew out of the country. Destination of Frankfurt, Germany. Shortly after arriving we were bused out to Hanau were we awaited trnsportation to a number of bases. Later that evening I arrive in Schweinfurt, Germany. About 2.5 hours from Frankfurt. I am currently attached to the 1st Infantry Divison 1-18th Infantry Battalion HHC as a line medic. Still inprocessing at the moment, but for the most part I love it here. The only thing that gets me is that I miss my family and friends. I wish I could have brought them. Well maybe I can see if anyone even reads this and if so let me know and I will continue to start updating again. spencer.orr@us.army.mil

Definately like18 days till I come home. I just can't wait. I am suppose to go to Germany after training, but I have been afforded a awesome opportunity(sp?) to maybe go Special Forces. Another year and half of training, but I will be a combat field surgeon and special forces at that. Not sure if its the way I will go but its really tempting. Nuf saed.

Hello World, life is life. You can only take it as you will. It doesn't change for you. I am doin well. 20 somethin days till I come home. I got to eat Thaksgiving dinner with a random family in San Antonio, which was so good and I had a blast. Than afterwards we got the rest of the week and weekend off. Its a good break from training. Just relaxing at the hotel is like a gift from God. Well I doubt anyone looks at this anymore so I really ain't gonna write more than this. Later ppl.
